We were founded by a Stephen Charles, a former welder, turned Manufacturing Engineer (BA+MBA), turned Lean Guru, turned executive leader. He got tired of feeling expendable, while working to create tremendous corporate value for ungrateful rich people. So he created a company focused on creativity, customers and employees, instead of shareholders, penny pinching and nepotism. 

We have extensive training and experience in human centered design, a structured innovation process for developing game changing products.
